The Plan Booking Retainer is a non‑refundable deposit required to secure your multi‑session project on our schedule. Because each organizing and design plan reserves dedicated days, preparation time, and resources, the retainer ensures your project is fully booked and prioritized.
Once paid, the retainer is applied toward your total project balance. If your project begins as scheduled, it simply becomes part of your payment plan. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours before your session), the retainer serves as the cancellation fee and is forfeited. If you need to reschedule and provide 48+ hours’ notice, your retainer transfers to the new date with no penalty.
This retainer protects your reserved time, guarantees your project placement, and allows us to prepare with the level of care and intention your home transformation deserves.
